Processing & Handling Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET may begin processing the following business day.
Carrier & Shipping Method KER Targeted Nutrition ships via USPS Ground for standard orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Windows Once shipped, estimated transit times are:
- Northeast & Mid-Atlantic: 2–4 business days
- Southeast & Midwest: 3–5 business days
- West Coast & Mountain: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions.
Bulk & Freight Orders For large or bulk supplement orders (e.g., for farms, stables, or breeding operations), freight shipping may be required. Please contact us prior to placing a large order (more than 8 boxes or over 250 lb) so we can arrange appropriate shipping and provide a freight quote.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly on the USPS website.
