Entry Period
The Kentucky Equine Research Year of Wellness Sweepstakes entry period will be open from January 8, 2024 at 8:00 AM PST and will close by February 2, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST.
How to Enter
Entrants must send entries using the Year of Wellness Sweepstakes form or by making an eligible purchase on shop.ker.com during the sweepstakes entry period. Only one entry per email address per method will be considered for sweepstakes entry. Unless otherwise specified in an individual sweepstakes post, no person may enter the sweepstakes more than once using multiple email addresses or postal addresses.
Winners will be chosen at random from emails and entries received unless otherwise noted in the sweepstakes special instructions. Kentucky Equine Research is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries.
Prize(s)
The winner of the Year of Wellness Sweepstakes will receive a one (1) year’s supply of KER Targeted Nutrition products for a single horse owned by the winner, a value not to exceed $5,000 USD. The winner will be given a unique code to use when placing orders via shop.ker.com. The code will be active from February 15, 2024 to December 31, 2024. The winner will be responsible for all tax and shipping costs associated with orders.
Kentucky Equine Research and employees of Kentucky Equine Research will not be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage by any winners of a prize once possession of the product has been taken by winner. Kentucky Equine Research is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any sweepstakes promoted Kentucky Equine Research. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Kentucky Equine Research may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
Selection and Notification of the Winner
The winner of the sweepstakes will be contacted at the “sender” email used to enter the sweepstakes, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner. Kentucky Equine Research will mail the winning recipient.
Claiming of prizes requires an email to Kentucky Equine Research from the winning sender’s email address within 15 days of being notified of winning at the email used to enter. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Kentucky Equine Research is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred. Each prizewinner must supply Kentucky Equine Research with his or her legal name, mailing address, birth date, and telephone number(s).
