How to Update Your Subscription Address

If you need to update the address for your subscription order of KER Targeted Nutrition products, go to shop.ker.com/mysubscriptions or click on "My Subscriptions" from the "Help" tab in the menu.

 Note: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Note: you will need to log in to your KER Targeted Nutrition account. To create your account, click here and be sure to use the email address that you used when placing your order.

 

Once logged in to your account, you will see your current subscriptions. Select "Address and Shipping Information" for the subscription you need to change.

Select "Edit" under the address you need to change.

Type in your new address and click "Save Changes."

Some shipping rates are calculated based on location, and changing your address may require you to confirm any changes to your shipping rate. If that is the case, select your shipping method and click "Save Changes."
