How to Update the Shipping Date for Your Subscription Order

If you would like to update the shipping date for the next order in your subscription, go to shop.ker.com/mysubscriptions or click on "My Subscriptions" from the "Help" tab in the menu. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Note: You will need to log in to your KER Targeted Nutrition account. To create your account, click here. Be sure to enter the email address you used when placing your order.

Once logged in to your account, you will see your current subscriptions. Click on “Change date” under the name of the subscription you need to change.

Click on the date and use the pop-up calendar to select your new order date.

Click "Save Changes" to apply the changes to your subscription. This will also change the order date for all future orders, but the frequency will not change. For example, on this sample order, the subscription will process on December 14 and then every 9 weeks from the new date.

Once your changes have been saved, you will see a confirmation message under the subscription name. You will also be sent a confirmation email.
